We have been very fortunate in acquiring a Soil Association approved licence for our slaughter house as well as our EU Licence and now provide Organic Beef, Pork and Lamb.

Vivian Olds offer genuine local produce and have secured a Soil Association licence for their slaughter house allowing them to offer Organic Beef, Pork and Lamb.

Vivian Olds provide service to the local farming community insuring animal welfare is of the highest possible standard as animals do not need to travel huge distances accross the UK before slaughter.
Vivian Olds only supply quality meat from cattle reared or purchased in Cornwall. Slaughtered in their own abattoir and hung for approximately 2 weeks to mature: "We have been established for over 100 years and feel that we have the expertise to produce a quality product"

Animals can be slaughtered and prepared for your own consumption and then butchered, packed and labelled in sizes of joints at customers request.
