I think it is good that they source there produce locally and proudly tell there customers about it.

Until we tried the meat from Vivian Olds, its the best meat we have found on the market, we have been having meat delivered from them for a couple of years now, its a family butcher with a family attitude and good quality meat."

I wanted to write to thank you for your diary with the picture of your shop, but especially for the superb piece of rolled rib beef you produced for us for Christmas. It really was the best I have tasted for flavour and texture since I left my parents farm. No one seems to hang meat or prepare catle gently for slaughter these days.
This was followed by the pork loin which you kindly delivered a week ago and was equally delicious, so tender as pork whould be instead of cardboard;then there was the crackling - yumm!
