All Delivery Charges include Packaging

If we receive an order at the beginning of the week, then we will despatch the next day on a 24 hour service. Orders received Thursday and Friday will be despatched the following week.

Please note that the Channel Islands are classed as international according to Royal Mail and overseas couriers.

Allow 7 days for deliveries outside the European Union (EU). You will be notified by email with the expected delivery date.

UK mainland orders: delivery charge is £3.50 for up to 30kgs.

Scottish Highlands and Islands orders: delivery charge is £7.00 for up to 30kgs

For Northern Ireland and Isle of Man you will be contacted with the price by email.

If in the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with the goods received then please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel so that the matter can be rectified. All matters such as these will be dealt with on an individual basis.

Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for parcels once they have been passed on to our various carriers. However, we can track the parcel for you and advise of the consignment number and a telephone number to contact (your local depot).

In the event of non arrival of your parcel then please contact us within 24 hours of the expected delivery date and advise our customer services.
